Please, advice the settlements system of IZZI?
Monthly bills are sent by post to the connection addresses. On basis of written application monthly bills can be sent also to other mail address or electronically to e-mail.

Till what date the payment for services should be settled?
Bills must be paid off till the 25th date of every month.

How can I pay in advance?
If you want to receive bill for 3, 6 or 12 months, you have to contact in written form or by phone with IZZI Credit Control department ( 67031000 ) and express willingness get bills in advance.
If you want to pay without bill, you have to transfer desirable amount of money via bank, internet bank or post office to IZZI account, in payment order mandatory indicating subscriber code, address of service provision and period for which payment is being made.

What should I do if I haven't receive monthly bill?
You may pay in bank, internet bank or post office for current month by indicating just your subscriber code and address of service provision. Copy of bill you can get at IZZI Client service centre or electronically to your e-mail, calling in advance to IZZI Credit Control department, phone number:  67031000 . 

What should I do if I want to receive bills to another postal address / e-mail address?
You should send to IZZI by post or via fax an application (the sample is here) with a request to send henceforth the bills to another address, indicating it clearly.

What should I do if I made payment erroneously (indicated my subscription code or payee’s essential elements inaccurately)?
If your payment was received on IZZI bank account, but your payment order contained inaccurate or incomplete information and the payment was not reflected in your subscription code, you should send to IZZI by post, via fax 67031002 or in a scanned format an application (the sample is here) with a request to forward the payment to your subscription code. A copy of the payment order must be enclosed.
